How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply check your email for the tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please note that some orders may arrive in separate shipments, so you might receive multiple tracking numbers. If you receive a TBA# as your tracking number, your order was shipped through a partnership Amazon logistics center. You can track these shipments by visiting https://track.amazon.com/. For any further questions, feel free to reach out!

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous United States! For orders under $50, there is a flat rate $5 shipping fee. Shipping costs for orders to Alaska or Hawaii are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are shipped from different fulfillment centers depending on your location. If your order is fulfilled from our warehouse in Kansas, it typically takes 1-2 business days. For orders fulfilled through one of our partnership Amazon Logistics Centers, fulfillment may take 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking numbers via email to keep you updated on your delivery status.
* Transit time is the amount of days for typical delivery AFTER your order is marked as shipped.

For both free standard shipping and flat rate shipping options, all orders must be delivered to a physical residential or commercial address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes unless you select that option and cover the associated costs at checkout.

Avid Armor accepts a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), and other secure payment options. We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible!

30-DAY RETURNS ON VACUUM SEALERS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your vacuum sealer purchase, you can return your order to us within 30 days of your original order date for a full refund to the original form of payment
VACUUM SEALERS (excluding oil pump machines)
Avid Armor will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience, and you will be fully refunded once the return has been received. This pre-paid flat rate return is valid only from the original order address and for orders within the contiguous 48 states.
To avoid a 15% restocking fee on your vacuum sealer return, all products must be in clean, like-new condition, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Avid Armor is not responsible for damage to returns due to poor packaging. Any damage to the sealer will be assessed and deducted from the refund.
30-DAY RETURNS ON VACUUM BAGS, CHAMBER POUCHES, CONTAINERS & ACCESSORIES
Due to food sanitation safety precautions, vacuum sealer bags, rolls, and chamber pouches can only be returned if they are UNOPENED within 30 days of the original order date. Returns after 30 days are not accepted—no exceptions.
Avid Armor will provide a pre-paid shipping label for all bag, roll, push container, or accessory returns within the 30 day return policy. Pre-paid returns are valid only from the original order address.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, you will need to follow the return instructions outlined above. Once we receive and process your returned item, the refund can be applied as store credit or returned to your original form of payment. Please email info@avidarmor.com if you would like to have store credit. After that, you can purchase the exchanged item. Store credit expires after 24 hours. Please note that we do not swap out items with the difference being paid.

Orders may be cancelled if they are in the awaiting fulfillment stage. Once an order has been packed for shipping and a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email: info@avidarmor.com.

Avid Armor takes pride in the quality of our products and guarantees that our sealers will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year following the purchase date. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or any component found to be defective, at our discretion. Components including seal Teflon tape, sealing wire, gaskets, seal bars, or any parts tampered or altered are NOT covered under the one year warranty.
This warranty is limited to products purchased and used in the United States with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized seller. Avid Armor will cover the shipping to and from our warehouse (ground shipping) for all items covered under warranty.
