The Smallest Chamber Sealer We Make
At 12" x 12" x 6.25" and 13 pounds, the Ultra Series ONE is the only chamber sealer in
our line light enough to lift with one hand and small enough to live in a cupboard
between sessions. It's built for apartments, RVs, boats, and kitchens where counter
space is the constraint and it's the least expensive way into real chamber sealing.
Seals What Suction Sealers Can't
This is the point of a chamber machine. Soups, sauces, brines, marinades and infusions
seal airtight because the liquid is never pulled toward a suction port, and delicate
foods berries, fish, fresh pasta come out whole instead of crushed. No countertop
suction sealer will do either, at any price.
Gets the Bag Straight the First Time
A built-in pouch ledge positions the bag at the right height and an integrated clamp
holds it there while you close the lid. Together they eliminate the misaligned,
half-sealed pouch that is the most common mistake on any chamber machine, and they're
the reason this is a genuinely easy first chamber sealer. Three vacuum levels, three
seal-time settings, one-touch Auto Vac and Seal, and progress lights through the cycle nothing to time and nothing to learn.

Pouches up to 10" x 10" cover the way most people actually cook: portioned meats, fish, vegetables, herbs, cheese and sous vide portions. Sealing bone-in cuts or bulk harvests instead? The USVX and USV20 are built for that.
