The USV32 is the top of the Ultra Series, and the reason is the chamber itself. Every other Ultra Series machine uses a molded plastic chamber. The USV32's is stainless steel, it shrugs off scratches, stains, and the abuse of daily use, and it will still look and seal like new after years of wet food, brines, and marinades.

Built to Run All Day

An 11.5-inch seal bar and pouches up to 11" x 13" mean whole briskets, primal cuts, and harvest batches go in without portioning first. It's the biggest capacity we offer, and at 26.4 pounds it's built to take cycle after cycle rather than a few bags at a time. This is the machine for hunters bringing home a whole animal, gardeners putting up a season, and small food businesses sealing to order.

Real Timed Control, Not Presets

Vacuum time is adjustable from 20 to 99 seconds and seal time from 3 to 9, the widest range in the line. That matters for two reasons: you can pull a deeper vacuum on dense wet foods than any preset allows, and you can repeat a cycle exactly, which is what standardizing output across a shift actually requires. Presets are convenient. Timed control is repeatable.

Ships With Its Own Spare Parts

The USV32 is the only Ultra Series machine that includes a replacement chamber gasket and a spare seal bar in the box. Those are the two parts that wear on any chamber sealer, and having both on the shelf means a worn gasket costs you five minutes instead of a week of downtime waiting on a part.

Arched Lid, Full View, No Maintenance

The arched tempered glass lid adds headroom over the flat lids on the rest of the line, so tall jars and bottles fit and you can watch every cycle. The dry piston vacuum pump has no oil to change and no service schedule. Integrated side handles make a 26-pound machine manageable when you do need to move it.
