SHIPPING POLICY

In-stock products usually ship within one to two business days from when the order was placed. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items, your order will not ship until all items are in-stock. We recommend placing separate orders if you need the in-stock items immediately.

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order is processed for shipping via FedEx, USPS, UPS, and/or Amazon Logistics. If you create an account during checkout, tracking for your packages will be available when you log-in to your account and view your order history. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Please make sure to have your shipping address is a safe delivery location. If the tracking states the package was delivered and you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and in areas around the residence the driver may have left it for you. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for a package if the tracking states it was delivered.

We offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on all orders over $50 to the 48 contiguous United States. Faster shipping methods and options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders less than $50 will pay a $5.00 flat rate shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

U.S. PO BOX ORDERS

USPS must be selected as the shipping service to deliver to PO Boxes and fees will be calculated at checkout. Please note: Some orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to weight and dimension restrictions.

ALASKA & HAWAII ORDERS

Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days. Shipping rates to Alaska & Hawaii are based on weight and calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CANADA

International orders shipped to Canada are estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days. Shipping rates include all duties and taxes, are based on price and weight and are calculated at checkout.
Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses to and from the Avid Armor warehouse for all orders, returns, and warranty claims. For all international returns, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

PRE-ORDERS

All Pre-Orders will be charged in full during checkout at the time the order is placed to reserve your order and verify payment.

We cannot guarantee shipment dates and are not responsible for logisitcs delays out of our control. We do our best to provide the most up to date information we have as to estimated ship dates. Please check our website to see the current estimated shipping timeframe for your pre-order items, as the date can change after your order is placed.

All Pre-orders are subject to availability. The product is shipped immediately upon receipt to our warehouse.

RETURN POLICY

30-DAY RETURNS ON VACUUM SEALERS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your vacuum sealer purchase, return your order to us within 30 days of your original order date, and we will process a full refund back, (less return shipping label fees) to the original form of payment. (Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Sezzle, AfterPay, etc.).

VACUUM SEALERS (excluding oil pump machines)
Avid Armor will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience, and a $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received. Pre-paid flat rate return is valid only from original order address and for orders within the contiguous 48 states.

In order to avoid a 15% restocking fee on your vacuum sealer return,, all products must be in clean, like new condition and in original packaging with all included accessories. Avid Armor is not responsible for damage to returns due to poor packaging. Any damage to sealer will be assessed and deducted from refund.

OIL PUMP VACUUM SEALERS - (GS41, GS53, ES41)
Avid Armor will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience, and a $75.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received. Pre-paid flat rate return is valid only from original order address and for orders within the contiguous 48 states..

In order to avoid a 15% restocking fee on your oil pump vacuum sealer, the oil must be drained from the machine, it must be in clean, like new condition and in original packaging with all included accessories. Avid Armor is not responsible for damage to returns due to poor packaging. Any damage to sealer will be assessed and deducted from refund.

After 30 days, if the product has not been opened or used, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days.

30-DAY RETURNS ON VACUUM BAGS, CHAMBER POUCHES, CONTAINERS & ACCESSORIES

Due to food sanitation safety precautions, vacuum sealer bags, rolls, and chamber pouches can only be returned if they are UNOPENED within 30 days of original order date. Returns after 30 days are not accepted. No exceptions.

All bag, roll, pouch, container, or accessory returns will incur a $7.00 return shipping fee (within the contiguous United States) that will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received. Contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a pre-paid return label. Pre-paid returns are valid only from original order address.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged from either USPS, UPS or FedEx please contact us immediately. Please provide your name, order number, which item(s) were damaged and any photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will submit a claim for your package and either issue a refund or a replacement based on the outcome of the claim. All claims must be made within 7 days from when the package was delivered. If you contact us after 7 days we will NOT be able to issue a refund or replacement.
