@BBQFriend  made Coquito, a traditional Puerto Rican drink for the holidays using the Avid Armor USV32 Chamber Vacuum Sealer. It's basically a coconut flavored eggnog!

Ingredients:

4 oz. Raisins

1 1/2 c. Dark Rum

2 Sticks Cinnamon

14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk

15 oz. Cream of Coconut

13.5 oz. Coconut Milk

4 oz. Evaporated Milk

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:

1. Infuse Dark Rum - Using your Avid Armor chamber vacuum sealer, add the rum, raisins, and cinnamon sticks to a container or chamber pouch and run the marinate feature 3 times to infuse the raisin and cinnamon into the rum. If you do not have a chamber vacuum sealer, then let it sit at room temperature for 3 hours.

2. Blend Ingredients - In a blender, add all the other ingredients and pour into a bottle.

3. Add Rum - Pour in the infused rum leaving the raising and cinnamon sticks behind. Shake well to combine the ingredients.

4. Refrigerate - Chill for at least 4 hours. Keep in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
